Even though we take great care to ensure your polish is packaged safely and securely, accidents can happen. If a bottle should happen to break during it's journey, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (we will go by the delivery date/time listed on your tracking info) with a clear picture of the broken item. After receipt of the picture, we can then send out a replacement item.
Fangirl Polish wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order (other than bottle breakage as specified above), please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will do our best to remedy any situation, should it arise.
